All canceled appointments require a 24-hour notice. If a 24-hour notice is not given, there will be a $25.00 charge added to your next session. Missed or skipped sessions without required notice are the responsibility of the client. The hypnotist reserves the right to terminate any future sessions with a client that has canceled more than one session without prior notice. There are no refunds on prepaid sessions. The client has up to 6 months from the date of receiving payment to use prepaid sessions.
