Hypnosis is a human condition involving focused attention, reduced peripheral awareness, and an enhanced capacity to respond to suggestion.
Hypnotherapy can be used for anxiety, phobias, substance abuse including tobacco, pain management , test taking, and bad habits. It can be used to help improve sleep, learning disorders, communication, relationship issues, and establishing boundaries. There is a wide selection of topics hypnosis can help with. ​All hypnosis sessions start with a package of 3 sessions. The first session is 90 minutes and will include an intake and any questions you may have. Sessions are 1 hour after the initial session.

Disclaimer on Cancellations or Missed Sessions

All canceled appointments require a 24-hour notice.  If a 24-hour notice is not given, there will be a $25.00 charge added to your next session.
Missed or skipped sessions without required notice are the responsibility of the client.
The hypnotist reserves the right to terminate any future sessions with a client that has canceled more than one session without prior notice.
There are no refunds on prepaid sessions.  The client has up to 6 months from the date of receiving payment to use prepaid sessions.
